daymn i need a job right now.... so many things i need to buy (like the studio gear I've mentioned...) doesn't seem to be anyhting much going atm.... though i have yet to try many places..... anyone else got the same problem?

basically over the next few months i am hoping to have a decent home studio which will be portable as well..... i already have figured out what I'll get so now I'll just need monies

first I'll be getting a focusrite saffire pro 40 firewire interface (hopefully this week)



then the mics I'll be getting are these samson drum mics



some sm 57's for amps



and finally a pair of rode nt1a condenser mics for vox



I'll probably get an ada as well to compensate for inputs

as i said earlier i will need monies so i will need to find a job..... but honestly... i want a studio so bad

I'll finally be old enough to buy booze  ^.^...... gonna have a party in my house and I'll make sure to get drunk.....

went to see kids in glass houses in the opening day of cardiff's big weekend yesterday.... they we're supported by Attack!Attack1 and save your breath.....  awesome stuff.....

yesterday my ps3 gave up on me...... i was just playing resident evil 5 as normal when all of a sudden the game froze and a couple of seconds later the system went off..... i now have a red light of death and i think i may know the cause..... when the ps3 was plugged in earlier i got a tingle from the metal strip where the disc drive is so there must be a short circuit there somewhere....... i don't know if it's fixable or if I'll be needing a new system soon..,. all i know is that I'm pissed off.....

i finally got my korg kaoss pad today and i must say it's impressive



took a little bit o' tinkering to get my head around it but I've managed to start gettng a few decent sounds...... it's awesome just hooking my mikrokorg into it and letting the arp. do the talkin..... few things that remain to be figured out and I'll definitely need an electribe if i ever want to do drum sampling with it but it is an awesome piece of kit

just finished my phys AS exam today and i feel so happy about it..... it was split into two paper..... the first was on motion and circuits nd all that and i think i fudged that up bad but the secong paper was on waves and energy (the one i mostly revised) and i was a lot more confident in that,..... (never knew i'd memorise the photoelectric effect lol)

anywayz it's over now and i can relax a little until chem in a couple of weeks....
